		<description>Sorry to hear you aren&#039;t feeling well.  Hope you can kick that cold soon and really get back to your schedule.  Isn&#039;t it amazing how much the food we eat affects us?  When we&#039;re used to a steady diet of that stuff we don&#039;t even notice it.  As for the olive oil - just remind yourself that your body absorbs more vitamins from those veggies when eaten with some good old fat :-)</description>
