Sorry to hear you aren’t feeling well. Hope you can kick that cold soon and really get back to your schedule. Isn’t it amazing how much the food we eat affects us? When we’re used to a steady diet of that stuff we don’t even notice it. As for the olive oil – just remind yourself that your body absorbs more vitamins from those veggies when eaten with some good old fat

Wow, that looks so weird! I’ve never seen that in the grocery store before. It even looks like it turned the cheese around it kinda purple too. At first when I saw the picture I thought it was in some kind of yogurt, ha ha! Does it taste just like regular cauliflower?
