Vegan Pancakes
Why eat that chemical-laden crap out of a box, when you can whip up fresh pancakes from scratch in just a couple minutes? So yummy!!

Ingredients
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup vanilla soy milk or almond or rice milk, organic
- 2 tablespoons apple sauce unsweetened, organic
Directions
- Heat up a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add milk and apple sauce and mix well.
- Pour batter onto skillet to make flapjacks! Flip when the edges firm up, then cook for 20-30 seconds more.
Makes 3-4 medium-sized pancakes per serving.
